If you asked me a month ago where Twain Harte is, I would have answered that it sounds like a town straight out of a storybook. Only, upon hearing it, I thought it was spelled Twain Heart. I immediately started thinking of childhood fairy tales. You know, all the stories about finding true love, with most involving a princess or two.
Turns out, Twain Harte is a small town located northeast of Sonora. And about two weeks ago, it was the location where Matt and Priscilla said their “I do’s”. Their wedding and reception were at the McCaffrey House Bed and Breakfast Inn. It was a small and intimate wedding with only close friends and family attending. And my original thoughts of fairytales and princesses were not far off. Every bride wants to be a princess on her wedding day and you could tell Priscilla felt like one. The location was wonderful, the weather was great and the food was delicious. It was a perfect way to start the first chapter of their marriage. A special thanks to Diane Angel for having me shoot this wedding with her.
To Priscilla and Matt, congratulations again and wishing you both all the best! Hope you had a wonderful and relaxing honeymoon in Lake Tahoe!
